  There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (Laura Ashley bedlinen provided)
  The bed in the small bedroom measures 2.00 m x 1.60 m (boxspring)
  The bed in the large bedroom measures 2.00 m x 2.00 m
  Additional sofa bed in the living room
  A modern-desigend desk for working with the laptop you will find in the small bedroom
  
  
• Fully-fitted organic solid wood kitchen and domestic appliances:
  4-plate ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, Jura Coffee machine, Espresso maker, toaster, microwave, mixer, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board
  
  
• Bathroom equipment:
  Shower, bathtub, hair dryer and towels provided, WC, washing machine, dryer.
  Additional en-suite toilet in the large bedroom.
  
  
• Set of towels:
  One set of towels to last 7 days is provided for each guest upon arrival. A change of towels during the week will incur a charge of €5.00 per person.

• Entertainment and communication:
  Sony TV (50 inch flat TV with internet connection), satellite system, CD player, DVD player, cassette recorder, radio, telephone. Internet connection is provided: DSL, Wifi.
  Sony TV (35 inch flat TV with internet connection) in the smaller bedroom.
  
  
• Outside equipment:
  Balcony, terrace, parking space, garage, garden table and chairs, loungers, comfortable gas barbeque, sun loungers, umbrella, herb garden, table and chairs on the loggia

  Lockable garage (garage height 2 meters), as well as parking space in front of the house.

 

Service

• Free bus and rail travel:
  As a holiday visitor you can enjoy free travel on the region’s extensive bus and rail network under the Konus programme. All you need is your passport and the “guest card” that we will provide. The Konus programme’s website lists the participating transport authorities and the detailed terms of use. Details of routes and timetables are available from the electronic journey planner of the German Federal Railways and the public transport associations.
  
  
• Washing machine use:
  A washing machine is available for use upon payment of a charge.
  
  
• Baby package:
  If you are travelling with an infant, we can upon request provide you with a comprehensive baby package to save you the trouble of bringing everything with you.
